🌍 What You’ll Do:

As a TTTB Host, you'll have the opportunity to lead unforgettable group trips to curated destinations across the world. Based on the host tier you select (or are assigned), you may be hosting pre-planned trips or collaborating with our team to bring your own travel ideas to life.

✨ Host Responsibilities:

• Promote your assigned trip on your personal and/or professional social platforms

• Post engaging content before and during the group trip

• Serve as the on-ground point of contact and energy for travelers

• Ensure group members are accounted for during all itinerary-based activities

• Offer optional experiences guests can choose to join

• Work a maximum of 8–10 hours per day, depending on the itinerary (with at least one free day)

• Represent TTTB professionally and energetically as the trip’s Bestie-in-Chief 🌟

📋 Eligibility:

To be eligible to host with TTTB, you must:

• Have previously traveled on a TTTB trip OR completed the TTTB Host Bootcamp

• Pass a basic background check and complete an interview if selected

• Be available for at least one trip per quarter (flexible by tier)

💸 Compensation & Commitment:

• Hosts are independent contractors (1099) paid on a commission/stipend model

• Payment is issued after a completed trip of 8+ travelers, within 3–5 weeks

• Compensation and host fees vary by tier, group size, and trip structure

• Only Tier 1 hosts are eligible for $50 per traveler they personally recruit after
